- Kington Life Plasma
Kington Life Plasma is not any seawater. It is harvested from an exclusive plankton bloom vortex where ecological interactions produce 83 types of bioavailable elements that are predigested by oceanic plankton. As humans need at least 70 types of minerals to maintain a balanced composition of our body fluid, Kington Life Plasma is able to restore the balance in our internal environment by providing these trace elements in full spectrum and balanced composition. The minerals are also in bioavailable crystalloid forms which allow easy absorption.
Kington Life Plasma was first discovered by Rene Quinton, a French scientist, biologist, physiologist and humanitarian. It has been used for over 100 years and is supported by extensive clinical documents proving its physiological benefits. By providing the body with essential trace elements for the transmission of electromagnetic energy, cellular communication can be enhanced, thus leading to better health and performance.

STEP 1 - BALANCED NUTRITION
8 types of essential amino acids8 types of vitamins and20 types of minerals
As their functions are closely inter-linked, it is vital for one to ensure a balanced intake of all 46 essential nutrients on a daily basis. On the other hand, long-term inadequate intake has been linked to metabolic disturbances at cellular level and a higher chance of developing chronic diseases.
Reportedly, about one third of cancer deaths in the U.S. could have been prevented with proper nutrition. This fact is further complicated by the prevalence of chemically-enhanced food and binge-eating habits in the modern living.
The ELKEN MRT Step 1 thus aims to correct and prevent this nutrition imbalance by the means of nutrition supplement where it is necessary.
About MRT
The 21st century – it marks remarkable milestones in technological progress, yet it also marks an era when potent strains of viruses, modern diseases and epidemics spread waves of panic on a global scale.Adding to that, the six problems of the modern age, namely air pollution, water contamination, daily stress, a lack of exercise, erratic lifestyles and an unbalanced diet further act on our semi-healthy condition, weakening its natural healing ability.With an understanding of modern needs, ELKEN’s approach to optimal health, through a four-step process based on Molecular Reform Therapy (MRT) concept, is now acknowledged as one of the most acceptable therapy concept for modern living.A brainchild of the U.S. Congress’s Special Committee of Nutrient Investigation (SCNI) established in 1975, the MRT concept was first introduced through a 5,000-page report titled Elements Required by Human and Nutrients fronted by two-time Nobel Prize winner Dr Linus Pauling after an in-depth study on nutrition.
Also known as the Cell Reform Therapy, the MRT advocates that the human body will not fall sick as long as the body cells are receiving balanced nutrients regularly – free from metabolic abnormalities at cellular level. Accordingly, The ELKEN MRT emphasises on feeding the body with four life-supporting elements to achieve optimal health.

PERKONGSIAN ILMU
agar anak didik dapat berkongsi ilmu dengan murid-murid dan guru-guru di seluruh Malaysia.
Penjarian Rekoder(Recoder)
B is thumb and first finger
A is thumb and both first and second fingers
G is thumb and first, second, and third fingers
D is NO thumb and second finger of left hand
Always clean your instrument.
The lower the note the softer you need to blow, so blow carefully
. the harder you blow for 'd' will make it more squeaky
C MAJOR
1. Place your index finger on the 1st string, 2nd fret
2. Place your middle finger on the 4th string, 4th fret
3. Place your ring finger on the 3rd string, 4th fret
4. Place your pinky finger on the 2nd string, 4th fret
5. Start from the 4th string and strum each of the strings below in quick succession. Do not play the 6th or 5th strings.
A MAJOR
In the same way that we numbered each of the strings, we will also assign a number value to each of the fingers on your fretting hand so that you know which fingers to use when creating a chord. When reading the diagrams below:
1 = Index finger
2 = Middle finger
3 = Ring finger
4 = Pinky finger
0 = Play the note Open
X = Don't play the string
How To Play Guitar Chords
A normal guitar has six strings, each of which has a different size and note value. In standard tuning, the bottom string (also the skinniest and highest sounding) is an E note. This is also known as the 1st string. The 2nd string up (a little bit thicker and lower sounding) is a B note. The 3rd string up is a G note, 4th is a D, 5th is an A, and the 6th string (thickest, lowest sounding, and closest to your body) is also an E note. When in tune, playing the 1st and the 6th strings open should produce the same note, albeit at different pitches. Mnemonic devices can help you remember the order of the strings: For example, from top to bottom: Eat All Day Get Big Easy. Or come up with your own.

How to start to play the VIOLIN
Starting Out
Step 1
Find a private area with a straight-back chair and a music stand.
Step 2
Take the violin out of its case and place the instrument base on your lap.
Step 3
Pluck each string using your right or left thumb to test its tension and hear its pitch.
Step 4
Use a pitch pipe or a piano to tune your violin to G - D - A - E. ("E" is the top space on the treble clef on your sheet music. "G" is below the second ledger line of the treble clef.)
Step 5
Wrap your left hand around the upper body where the neck and fingerboard extend from the instrument.
Step 6
Place the base of the violin and the black chin rest below your chin.
Step 7
Bring your left shoulder around so it's under the chin rest and forms a support from below.
Step 8
Keep the violin level using your left hand. Your shoulder and chin provide firm, but easy contact and support.
Step 9
Be comfortable and relaxed.
Step 10
Place your right thumb at the corner of the fingerboard nearest the bridge.
Step 11
Put the pad of your index finger on top of the "G" string.
Step 12
Apply slight pressure so that your finger lands on the neighboring "D" string. This is "plucking" and is called playing "pizzicato."
Step 13
Pluck the "G" string four times in a steady rhythm. Use no fingernails.
Step 14
Repeat on the "D", "A" and "E" strings. Count with a steady beat or use a metronome.
Step 15
Say the names of the strings each time you pluck to make a sound.
Step 16
Mix the sequence and keep the tempo at a slow rate. Focus on accuracy.
Step 17
Identify the location of the "D" and "A" quarter notes on the treble clef of your sheet music. "D" hangs just below the bottom line. "A" occupies the second space.
Using the Bow
Step 1
Tighten the bow hair so there is a 3/4-inch space between the hair and the bow at the closest point.
Step 2
Place your right thumb on the inside part of the bow where the frog creeps forward and back.
Step 3
Lay your three middle fingers on the outside of the bow. Place your pinkie on top, near the adjustment screw.
Step 4
Rest the side of your index finger (just above its second joint) on top of the bow stick.
Step 5
Place the frog end of the bow hair on top of the "G" string halfway between the end of the fingerboard and the bridge.
Step 6
Allow your hand to fall naturally from your arm at the point of your wrist.
Step 7
Apply a slight bit of pressure on the bow and draw a straight line while vibrating the string. Stop near the bow tip. This is a "down bow."
Step 8
Reverse the direction and move the bow on the string from the tip to the frog. This is an "up bow."
Step 9
Move the bow at a medium-slow and regular speed.
Step 10
Focus on producing a steady and pleasant-sounding tone.
Left-Hand Fingering
Step 1
Place your left thumb under the violin's neck about 1 1/2 inches below the nut.
Step 2
Play two pizzicato notes on the open (no fingering) "G" string.
Step 3
Keep your index finger arched and press down firmly on the "G" string with the pad of your fingertip.
Step 4
Play two pizzicato notes on this same string. This produces the note "A" - eight notes (an octave) lower than the open "A" string above.
Step 5
Play this low "A" with your index finger on the "G" string. Then play the high "A" on the open string above. Listen to how they match in pitch.
Step 6
Adjust your finger placement on the "G" string to make the "lower A" pitch match the upper.
Step 7
Put your middle finger on the "G" string one inch closer to the bridge.
Step 8
Pluck the string. This note is "B" - two whole steps above the "G" string.
Step 9
Play B - A - G - A - B - B - B and you've played your first tune, "Mary Had a Little Lamb."
Step 10
Try these steps while using the violin bow.

How To Play Keyboard ?
This article will explain how to play the keyboard, how much easier a keyboard is to learn than a piano, and how the keys are supposed to be very strong.
A keyboard gives you more playing options than similar instruments, like the digital piano. This also tells you about performing in bands or solo.
When first positioning your fingers, please be aware that some sheet music has little numbers, which represent each finger placement next to some black dot notes on the sheet music stave.
These are.......
1 = thumb,
2 = index finger,
3 = middle finger,
4 = ring finger, and
5 = little/pinky finger.
This sheet music shows you, by placement of these numbers, which fingers play either the white or the black keys.
Learn how to read sheet music.
Play a tune on the keyboard in 1 of 2 ways:
either play a song you remember "by ear," or follow the sheet music.
Learn to play "by ear." Remembering the sound of a song and finding which notes on the keyboard to press is not easy to do. Here is how you can start.
Sound Colours. Particular songs are closest to one of 12 "sound colours." If you know DO RE ME FAH SOH LA TI DOH or the song "Doe a deer a female deer," then press a C to begin (again see the fingering exercise linked below to find out where this is.) Now sing the next note UP while pressing each WHITE note to the RIGHT of the C on the keyboard. Play the following notes: C= doh D=re E=Me F=Fah G=Sol A=Lah B=Ti C= DOh again. You have just sung or played one of those 12 colours!
Key of C: The entire combination of notes is called the key of C. When your ear is good and practiced, you then begin to recognize some songs on the radio as "fitting" into the Key of C. You will need to know that there are another 12 quite different keys to recognize and that some songs might "fit".
Think of the keyboard as having 3 kinds of "brains," each of which is a type of memory. The first type of brain is called a sound brain, or more commonly known as a tone. This works by storing all the sounds like pianos, strings, flute, and even combines some of these tones to make new ones like "fantasy" or "synthesized " keyboard sounds. A 2nd sound brain is known as the "rhythm brain," called "rhythms" on some keyboards or "styles " on others. Here the keyboard sets off a whole little band of drums, bass guitar, piano and other combinations and allows you to play a right hand melody along with it. The other kind of keyboard brain or memory records what you play. For instance, if you played a left hand Bass guitar part, you could later play accompaniment with that. You could then play something entirely new, like a piano or voice melody, to "fit together" with what you originally recorded.
Decide between keyboards versus digital pianos. Consider the following:
Learning to play the keyboard seems easier than learning to play the piano in some ways. Some beginners find playing a keyboard easier to learn because they can play a larger variety of music, like pop, rock, country and jazz.
Don't confuse a keyboard with a synthesizer or a digital piano. These instruments have different abilities.
Classical music sounds far better played on a piano than a keyboard. A digital piano is comparable to a piano, but doesn't operate like a keyboard. A keyboard is more like a one-man band, and a fun way to learn music as a beginner.
Try taking it up a notch, play in a band. Get a couple of friends who can play drums and a another one who plays guitar. With the instruments, the guitar does chords in C major, the keyboard does the C major scale, and the drums outlines the rhythm patterns.
TIPS
Try and learn from people who know.
Avoid silly mistakes, especially in performing.
Practice, Practice, Practice
Accept constructive criticism
Believe in yourself
Take lessons if you can afford them.
